一、概述
本儀器是采用測氧原理, 通過氧氣傳感器把氣體中的氧濃度轉(zhuǎn)換成電信號,經(jīng)減法器的計算從而倒算出氮氣含量，并直接顯示被測氣體中的氮氣百分比含量。儀表采用*的中大規(guī)模集成電路及5位半L E D高亮度數(shù)字顯示器，具備數(shù)碼撥盤設定下限控制功能，方便快捷。當被監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的氮含量低于設定值時,控制觸點啟動，并有聲/光同時報警。儀表還有4-20MA同步信號輸出，并有自動穩(wěn)零功能，儀器能直接顯示十萬分之一讀數(shù)（99.999%），具有響應快、精度高、穩(wěn)定、可靠、操作簡便等特點。本儀器可利用空氣的氮氣的含量79.0%定標，操作方便，并設有量程自動轉(zhuǎn)換電路，當?shù)獨鉂舛却笥?0.3%時，這時儀器量程自動轉(zhuǎn)換，讀數(shù)為90.300%。

四、原理：
儀器由氧電極、放大器、比較器、減法器,報警器等部分組成。氧電極：為極譜法隔膜式，采用鉑金為陰極，銀氯化銀為陽極，以聚四氟乙稀為滲透隔離膜，氣樣中氧可透過薄膜到達陰極，在650mV的極化電壓下發(fā)生如下反應。
