AAP-5
AAP-5 automates the aniline point test of petroleum products. As found in other Tanaka petroleum testers, ease of use and high reliability have been further sought when designing this latest version of the automated aniline point tester. Model AAP-5 is capable of covering a wide range of samples including transparent samples as well as dark/opaque samples.
AAP-5自動(dòng)苯胺點(diǎn)測(cè)試儀是“田中科學(xué)機(jī)器制作株式會(huì)社”多年石油產(chǎn)品自動(dòng)測(cè)試儀專業(yè)生產(chǎn)的豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn)積累，用開發(fā)出來的產(chǎn)品，操作簡(jiǎn)單，測(cè)定高效，結(jié)果可靠。相比于同類產(chǎn)品，AAP-5有著更寬泛的測(cè)試范圍，同時(shí)適用于測(cè)試透明和不透明(深色/黑色)的樣品。
DARK/OPAQUE SAMPLES: The use of special infrared detector gives the instrument it’s ability to see through dark/opaque samples such as residual fuels with up to 8.0 on the ASTM Color Scale. 測(cè)試范圍廣：專用的紅外線光電檢測(cè)，無論是透明或是不透明試樣(ASTM色小于8.0),都可測(cè)試。
USER-FRIENDLY MEASURING CELL: The measuring cell can be easily removed and placed on an analytical balance for weighing viscous samples that are solid at ambient temperature. Water jacketed measuring cells are also available as an option for sub-ambient temperature.
為便于稱量常溫固態(tài)試樣,測(cè)定容器分為固定的上部和可脫卸的下部?jī)刹糠纸M成，可將下部容器卸下采樣和稱量，十分方便。樣品杯上的環(huán)繞水浴設(shè)計(jì)，可外接加熱/制冷源，保持樣品的溫度特性。
EASY OPERATION: Just sample the specimen and aniline, enter the expected aniline point，ａnd press the START key; all the rest of the test procedures such as heating, cooling and aniline point detection are performed automatically. The operator has an option to report the result after either single determination or multiple determinations.
操作簡(jiǎn)單：只要加樣和設(shè)定預(yù)期苯胺點(diǎn)后,按下“START”鍵，儀器就能自動(dòng)進(jìn)行樣品加熱，樣品冷卻，測(cè)試苯胺點(diǎn)，連續(xù)多次重復(fù)試驗(yàn)等一系列動(dòng)作。試驗(yàn)人員只需要直接讀出最終試驗(yàn)結(jié)果就可以了。
EASIER AND SAFER ANILINE HANDLING: For years, handling of the toxic aniline has been considered a hazardous operation. A bottle top dispenser can be connected to the measuring cell for directly delivering aniline without a manual pipetting operation. Upon completing a test, discharge the aniline mixture from the bottom of the measuring cell, pour a cleaning agent, turn on the stirrer, and discharge the cleaning agent. The measuring cell can be cleaned without disassembling it, which makes the cleaning easier and safer.
儀器配合自動(dòng)進(jìn)樣器(用戶自配)配合使用。用自動(dòng)進(jìn)樣器來處理苯胺，可避免直接處理有毒的化學(xué)品苯胺對(duì)人體造成傷害。測(cè)試完成，可以直接用放液閥直接排出廢液，另行處理。而排出廢液后的樣品杯清洗也很方便，并不需要取下樣品杯手工清洗。配合洗液和儀器本身的加熱功能，即便是重油等不易清洗的試樣也能方便有效地清洗干凈。
DATA HANDLING: The unit is equipped to store up to 20 successive test results and export to an optional printer or to a LIMS through an RS232 port. 記錄儲(chǔ)存最后20次試驗(yàn)結(jié)果，可外接打印機(jī)輸出或通過RS232與自動(dòng)聯(lián)用分析系統(tǒng)連接，聯(lián)網(wǎng)操作。
COMPACT DESIGN: Like the popular Tanaka flash point testers, AAP-5 consists of a test head unit and a separate control unit. The test head unit is small enough to be remotely operated inside of a fume hood. 同“田中科學(xué)機(jī)器制作株式會(huì)社”的閃點(diǎn)測(cè)試系列儀器一樣，AAP-5可分為“測(cè)定部”和“控制部”2個(gè)部分，可以上下疊置，占用面積很少，也便于搬動(dòng)。
