　　在碳中和策略大力部署與實(shí)踐的過程中，一方面促進(jìn)了全球可持續(xù)性發(fā)展，也為各行業(yè)帶來(lái)一系列挑戰(zhàn)。綠色鋼鐵作為低碳、甚至零碳排放生成的產(chǎn)品，日漸成為鋼鐵行業(yè)發(fā)展的未來(lái)主題之一，為實(shí)現(xiàn)“雙碳”目標(biāo)貢獻(xiàn)巨大力量。根據(jù)世界鋼鐵協(xié)會(huì)對(duì)鋼鐵需求預(yù)測(cè)報(bào)告表明，全球鋼鐵需求量預(yù)計(jì)2021年增長(zhǎng)4.5%至18.554億噸，預(yù)計(jì)2022年進(jìn)一步增長(zhǎng)2.2%至18.964億噸。驅(qū)動(dòng)市場(chǎng)需求的因素包括：鋼鐵始終作為重要基礎(chǔ)原材料的角色，下游建筑、汽車、機(jī)械等行業(yè)對(duì)優(yōu)特鋼的需求，全球環(huán)保政策趨嚴(yán)對(duì)鋼鐵高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的要求等等。同時(shí)，鋼鐵行業(yè)也存在著很多挑戰(zhàn)，例如：整個(gè)鋼鐵行業(yè)減排壓力的巨大，為落實(shí)碳中和創(chuàng)新技術(shù)與工藝的高成本，鋼鐵行業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上的企業(yè)對(duì)鋼鐵高質(zhì)量的管控。挑戰(zhàn)也催生著新機(jī)遇，氫能冶煉鋼鐵逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)零碳煉鋼，可再生鋼鐵的循環(huán)再利用等也帶出了很多新的商機(jī)與可能。

　　Summit Background
 

　　The strong deployment and practice of Carbon Neutral has contributed to global sustainability on the one hand, and posed a series of challenges for various industries on the other. As a low-carbon or even zero-carbon emission product, green steel is becoming one of the future themes of the steel industry, contributing to the achievement of carbon peaking and neutrality goals. According to the World Steel Association's Steel Demand Forecast report, global steel demand is expected to grow by 4.5% to 1,855.4 million tons in 2021 and is projected to grow by a further 2.2% to 1,896.4 million tons in 2022. Factors driving market demand include: steel has always played an important role in basic raw material, construction, automotive, machinery and other downstream industries are on the demand for special steel, global environmental policies tighten the requirements of high-quality steel development, and so on. Meanwhile, there are many challenges, such as the enormous pressure to reduce emissions throughout the steel industry, the high cost of implementing innovative technologies and processes for carbon neutrality, and the high quality control of steel by companies in the steel industry chain. Challenges also give rise to new opportunities. Hydrogen smelting steel gradually realizes zero carbon steel making, and the recycling of renewable steel also brings out many new business opportunities and possibilities.
 

　　China Green Steel Summit 2022 will bring together about 120 experts and executives in steel industry to analyze how to build a comprehensive and complete green steel management system from the perspectives of technology, regulations and business models, to ensure the prosperous development of the steel industry.
