三、原 理

樣品的流動性隨著溫度的降低而變慢，直到達某溫度時，樣品出現(xiàn)不流動，本機采用技術(shù)，用雙壓縮機制冷將樣品快速降溫，在降溫過程中用攝像機自帶光源發(fā)射多束光線到達樣品表面，用電機傾斜樣品，流動的樣品將光線反射到CCD攝像機上，形成一副圖像，計算機根據(jù)圖像流動時的變化量，判斷出油樣傾點。

四、性能及特點：

1、儀器是采用CCD對樣品智能識別，自動傾斜、自動成像比對、分析、計算報告檢測結(jié)果。

2、儀器采用的復(fù)疊式壓縮機致冷技術(shù)對冷室制冷，儀器制冷量大, 降溫速度快，控溫精度高，自動按照設(shè)置的降溫程序控制，切換不同的冷浴溫度段。

3、儀器自帶有輔助加熱裝置，可以對樣品升溫。

4、軟件可實現(xiàn)Excel、txt文檔的數(shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)出，可實現(xiàn)電子文檔的數(shù)據(jù)存儲，減少耗材。
