熔體流動(dòng)速率儀是按GB/T3682、ISO1133、ASTMD1238的試驗(yàn)方法測定熱塑性高聚伍在高溫下流動(dòng)性能的儀器，用于聚乙烯、聚丙烯、ABS樹脂、聚碳酸酯、尼龍氟塑料等高聚物在高溫下熔體流動(dòng)速率的測定，適用于工廠企業(yè)及科研單位的生產(chǎn)和研究之中。

三、熔體流動(dòng)速率儀工作原理：
熔體流動(dòng)速率儀是在規(guī)定溫度條件下，用高溫加熱爐使被測物達(dá)到熔融狀態(tài)，這種熔融狀態(tài)的被測物，在規(guī)定的砝碼負(fù)荷重力下通過一定直徑的小孔進(jìn)行擠出試驗(yàn)，擠出物的質(zhì)量折算為10分鐘的擠出量。在工業(yè)企業(yè)的塑料生產(chǎn)及科研單位的研究中，經(jīng)常用“熔體（質(zhì)量流動(dòng)速率）”來表示高分子材料在熔融狀態(tài)下流動(dòng)性能。

五、注意事項(xiàng)：
★單相電源插座必須有接地線孔，并可靠接地。
★液晶顯示器上若出現(xiàn)異常顯示時(shí)，按＂復(fù)位”鍵。
★正常工作中，若爐溫大于450℃, 則軟件保護(hù)，中斷加熱。
★異?，F(xiàn)象發(fā)生，如不能控溫，不能顯示等，應(yīng)關(guān)機(jī)，進(jìn)行檢修
★清洗活塞桿時(shí)，不能用硬物刮削。
