SR柔性填料嵌填步驟：

（1）用棉紗將街粘貼SR柔性填料的混凝土甚而擦試一遍，除去表面的浮土和浮水并晾干。

（2）在混凝土表面涂刷*道底膠，待*干透后，涂刷第二道底膠，并干透。

（3）在V型槽底部粘貼一層SR柔性填料，利用材料的黏性將PVC橡膠棒固定在縫槽底部。

（4）將SR柔性填料用細(xì)鋼絲切割成2CM左右薄片后，攤鋪在待粘貼SR柔性填料的混凝土表面，用木條或手將材料薄片從V型槽中部向兩側(cè)粘貼，在混凝土表面形成厚約3-5CM的SR材料找平層。

（5）將SR柔性填料切割成條狀后，堆放在縫槽表面，手工對(duì)材料整形至設(shè)計(jì)外形尺寸。

（6）SR柔性填料充滿預(yù)留槽并滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求的尺寸，SR材料斷面尺寸允許偏差為正負(fù)10mm.

(7)SR柔性填料嵌填完成后，按照混凝土單元?jiǎng)澐诌M(jìn)行分段，用模具檢查其幾何尺寸是否符合要求，按照每100米取一檢驗(yàn)段，將SR鼓包切開檢測(cè)SR柔性填料與混凝土基面是否黏結(jié)牢固，填料是否充填密實(shí)，如存在尺寸不符合要求或者黏結(jié)質(zhì)量較差部分，則應(yīng)返工處理。
